Ryan Kaiser Profile

Mr. Kaiser joined Oak Ridge in 2026 as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Kaiser is responsible for business development and distribution of Oak Ridge strategies across the Wirehouse, IBD, RIA and Private Bank channels managing the West Coast. Prior to Oak Ridge, Mr. Kaiser held similar distribution roles at Polen Capital and GQG Partners, where he was responsible for building and growing relationships across the West Coast. At both firms, he focused on delivering high conviction, concentrated growth strategies to advisors and institutions, with an emphasis on differentiated portfolio construction and long-term capital appreciation.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Kaiser helped lead Institutional Equity Research Sales at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Texas, where he partnered closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and institutional investors to drive capital markets engagement and deliver high-impact investment insights.  Mr. Kaiser holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Butler University, where he was a four-year member of the Division 1 Men’s Lacrosse team.
