David M. Klaskin
Founder, CEO & Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Klaskin founded Oak Ridge Investments in 1989 and leads our firm and its investment team. He has developed and implemented the investment discipline that is applied across all Oak Ridge products. He is co-portfolio manager of the Oak Ridge Small /Mid Cap Growth, Large Cap Growth, and All Cap Growth equity strategies. He is lead portfolio manager of the Dividend Growth strategy as well. Mr. Klaskin also chairs the firm’s Executive Committee. He has been featured on television, radio, and in numerous publications. Prior to establishing Oak Ridge, Mr. Klaskin worked as an investment executive at Shearson Lehman Hutton for eight years. Mr. Klaskin is a native of Chicago and graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance.
Robert G. McVicker
Executive Vice President, Director of Research & Senior Portfolio Manager
Mr. McVicker has been with Oak Ridge Investments since its inception in 1989. He guides our investment research process and co-manages the Small/Mid Cap Growth, Large Cap Growth, and All Cap Growth equity strategies. Mr. McVicker is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. McVicker was a trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchange. He is originally from Cincinnati and graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S. in Finance.
Kenneth S. Kailin, CFA
Executive Vice President & Senior Portfolio Manager
Mr. Kailin joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2002. He is actively involved in equity research and co-manages the firm’s Mid Cap Growth equity strategy. Mr. Kailin is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Prior to his position with Oak Ridge, Mr. Kailin was a partner and portfolio manager of Skyline Asset Management, L.P. Prior to joining Skyline in 1987, he was a loan officer with Cole-Taylor Financial Group and before that a bank examiner with the FDIC. Mr. Kailin, a native of Chicago, graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance. He then earned his MBA from the University of Chicago and subsequently his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Steven G. Slaughter
Senior Vice President & Portfolio Manager
Mr. Slaughter joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2012 and is responsible for company research and analysis. Prior to his position with Oak Ridge, Mr. Slaughter was President of SMSV Advisory Services, Inc. which he co-founded in 2009. Immediately prior to SMSV, Slaughter was a Senior Vice President, Business Initiatives and Market Analytics, at Elan Pharmaceuticals Inc., of Dublin, Ireland. At Elan, he was responsible for orchestrating the firm’s $1.4B Alzheimer’s Immunotherapy alliance with Johnson & Johnson. Prior to Elan, Slaughter spent 8 years in health care investing as a Managing Director and Senior Investment Analyst at UBS Global Asset Management (formerly Brinson Partners) in Chicago and directed approximately $25 billion in Health Care investments in US and global equity portfolios. Mr. Slaughter graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame, with a BS in Biology, and with honors from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University with a Masters of Management Degree.
Brian L. King, CFA
Senior Vice President & Portfolio Manager
Mr. King joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2006, is actively involved in equity research, and co-manages the firm’s Mid Cap Growth equity strategy. Prior to his position with Oak Ridge, Mr. King worked for three years as a research analyst at Timeless Investment Management and Research in support of their Small-Cap Domestic-Equity portfolio. Prior to that, he served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. Mr. King, a native of Chicago, graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. in Economics. He then earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan and became a CFA charterholder.
Robert B. Corman, CFA
Executive Vice President & Portfolio Manager
Mr. Corman joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2014 and is responsible for company research and analysis. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Corman served as trustee, asset manager and consultant for a collection of private trusts. He has also helped launch four start-up technology companies. From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Corman was employed at Neuberger Berman where his roles included Chief Investment Officer, Board Member, Director of Research and Portfolio Manager. Prior to his tenure at Neuberger Berman, Mr. Corman was Sector Head of Technology, Media & Communication for the domestic equity group at Soros Fund Management. Mr. Corman also served as a Partner at hedge fund RiverRock Partners managing investments focused on high-technology industries. Previously he was a Senior Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Jennison Associates. Mr. Corman gained additional investment experience working as a research analyst at firms GS Grumman and Northern Trust earlier in his career. Mr. Corman earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BBA in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also a CFA and CPA charter holder.
Walter Stackow, CFA
Senior Vice President & Research Analyst
Mr. Stackow joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2016 and is responsible for company research and analysis. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Stackow spent more than eleven years at Manning & Napier in St. Petersburg, Florida over two time periods, from 2008 to 2015 and 2002 to 2006. Most recently, after returning to the firm in early 2008, he was recruited to serve in a senior role as research analyst responsible for global consumer stocks and co-portfolio manager of the firm’s Small Cap Fund. During his first stint with the company he gained similar analyst and portfolio management experience. Between his tenures at Manning & Napier, Mr. Stackow was co-portfolio manager of the mid and large cap value strategies at FAF Advisors. Mr. Stackow began his investment career at G.W. Henssler Associates, an Atlanta-based investment firm, serving as a senior research analyst and member of their investment committee. Mr. Stackow earned his MBA from Emory University, and a BBA from Kennesaw State University. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Anastasia joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2012 and is responsible for company research and analysis. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Anastasia worked as a research analyst at Vestian Investment Management, a Chicago-based hedge fund. He previously worked in Deloitte & Touche’s Corporate Finance Group in New York, and at Bank of Montreal as an investment banking senior associate, where he worked on numerous completed transactions collectively valued at over $800 million, including mergers & acquisitions, public offerings and private placements. Mr. Anastasia graduated from the University of Chicago with honors.
Senior Vice President & Head Trader
Mr. Rynes joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2000 and directs the firm’s securities trading function, including trade execution, relationships with securities dealers, and supervision of all traders. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Rynes served as an arbitrage clerk at the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, where he had a key role in hedging eurodollars against the various futures markets. Mr. Rynes is a native of Chicago and graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Management Information Systems.
John K. Brinckerhoff
Vice President & Senior Equity Trader
Mr. Brinckerhoff joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2015 as a Senior Equity Trader. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Brinckerhoff began his career in 2009 at Ziegler Capital Management LLC, and went on to become one of two traders on a desk trading over $2.5 billion in equities across the capitalization spectrum in various strategies and vehicles, including U.S., international and long/short equity strategies. Mr. Brinckerhoff, a native of Chicago, graduated from the University of Denver with a BSBA in Finance. He also holds a Masters in Finance from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.

Philip J. Callahan
Executive Vice President, Head of Distribution & Marketing
Mr. Callahan joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2014 to lead all aspects of new business development and marketing for the firm. Mr. Callahan has many years of asset management industry experience in both sales and sales management, where he began his financial services career in the retirement plan market. Prior to joining Oak Ridge Investments, he was the National Sales Manager for the Retirement Services Group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Previously, he was Head of Client Relations for Singer Partners, a global macro hedge fund based in Winnetka, IL. Mr. Callahan spent over 12 years, from 1996 to 2008, with Neuberger Berman and served as the National Sales Director for Intermediary Distribution for eight of those years. His team there was responsible for distribution of Neuberger and Lehman Brothers investment solutions across multiple channels including broker-dealer, sub-advised, insurance, bank, RIA and retirement. Previous to Neuberger Berman, he held business development positions with Dreyfus Retirement Services, General American Pension Investments and MassMutual Pension Management. Mr. Callahan received his B.S. from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
Todd A. Campo, CIMA®
Senior Vice President, Head of Strategic Business Development
Mr. Campo joined Oak Ridge in 2016 and is responsible for new business development with strategic relationships. Channels covered by Mr. Campo include broker dealers, private banks, RIA platforms, sub-advisory, retirement and TAMPs. Mr. Campo has over 20 years of experience in asset management sales and sales management, and comes to Oak Ridge having spent the previous four years with Allianz Global Investors in New York as Managing Director and Head of Distribution for private banks and RIA Platforms. Additionally, he was responsible for their closed-end fund business. Prior to Allianz, Mr. Campo spent 10 years at Neuberger Berman in various sales and leadership roles and managed their private bank initiative after experiencing success focusing on RIAs. Previous to Neuberger Berman, Mr. Campo worked for American Skandia and PIMCO. He is a graduate of Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts.
James J. Barclay

Mr. Barclay joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2015 and is responsible for sales and client service in the central region of the U.S. Mr. Barclay comes to Oak Ridge Investments with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry serving both the retirement and wealth management channels. Barclay’s product experience is deep and includes mutual funds, separate accounts, private funds, structured products, liquid alternatives and retirement plans. He joins from Neuberger Berman, where he held various financial intermediary sales and sales leadership positions since 2000. Previous to Neuberger Berman, he worked for Calamos Asset Management, Van Kampen Securities and Wayne Hummer Investments.

Ms. McManus joined Oak Ridge Investments in 1999 and is responsible for sales and client service in the Eastern territory of the United States. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Ms. McManus was director of marketing for Concord Investment Management Company, where she was responsible for developing and implementing their institutional sales effort. Ms. McManus began her career with Manufacturers Hanover Trust and has worked with SCI Capital Management and Aegon USA Investment Management. Ms. McManus is originally from Leominster, Mass., and graduated, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Mr. Troy joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2014 and provides sales and client service coverage in the Eastern territory of the United States. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Troy was an internal wholesaler and qualified corporate retirement plan consultant at Transamerica. In these roles, he was responsible for developing and implementing small to mid-market defined contribution and pension retirement plan solutions. Mr. Troy is originally from Bettendorf, Iowa and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Real Estate Investments. He then earned his Master of Arts in International Business from École Supérieure de Commerce de Rennes (ESC-Rennes), graduating with merit honors.
Mr. Hutchinson joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2015 and is responsible for sales and client service in the central region of the U.S. Mr. Hutchinson comes to Oak Ridge Investments with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he joins from RMB Capital Management, where he gained deep product experience and was part of the team responsible for marketing four proprietary hedge funds. Previous to RMB Capital, he worked for Neuberger Berman, OppenheimerFunds and Credit Suisse Asset Management in various sales and client service positions. Mr. Hutchinson also served honorably in United States Marines and conducted multiple deployments in both Iraq and Afghanistan. As a native of Rumson, New Jersey, he graduated from Lafayette College with a B.A. in Economics.
Sean G. Wallace
Marketing & Product Development
Mr. Wallace joined Oak Ridge in 2012 and is responsible for strategic marketing and product development. These two primary responsibilities include directing broad firm marketing initiatives and sourcing, evaluating and launching new investment strategies to expand the firm’s product lineup. Prior to joining Oak Ridge he served in various roles at AEP Energy including energy demand side management and risk management. Mr. Wallace is a native of Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Economics.
Mr. Pendergast joined Oak Ridge in 2016 and is responsible for sales and client service in the western region of the U.S. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Pendergast was an internal wholesaler with Neuberger Berman where he gained wide product knowledge in mutual funds, separate accounts, private funds, and liquid alternatives. He began his career with Wells Fargo Advantage Funds, where he was responsible for retail, institutional, and advisor client service and sales. Mr Pendergast is a native of Sussex, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a B.S. in Finance.

Neil A. Cummins
Mr. Cummins joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2013. A member of the Oak Ridge Executive Committee, Mr. Cummins is responsible for leading the Firm’s strategic plan as well as active engagement in future business development, both in expanding Oak Ridge’s global client focus and the addition of new strategies to grow Oak Ridge’s investment offerings. Mr. Cummins has an extensive background in the global finance industry, principally London based. Most recently, Mr. Cummins was a Managing Director of Barclays Capital. As a Founding Management Committee member in 1997, his responsibilities over his 15 years with that firm included the roles of Global Head of Distribution, Financial Futures, Research and Strategic Relationship Management. From 1985 to 1997, Mr. Cummins was a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley in London. He also served on the Board of Directors of Morgan Stanley Bank Luxembourg SA and the Supervisory Board of Morgan Stanley Bank AG, Frankfurt. Mr. Cummins currently serves on the Board of Directors of Five Oaks Investment Corp. (NYSE: OAKS). He served on the Board of Directors of iBoxx Limited and International Index Company from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Cummins graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University, Bloomington.
Alan E. Molotsky CPA
Executive Vice President, CFO & General Counsel
Mr. Molotsky joined Oak Ridge Investments in January 2004 and is responsible for the firm’s financial management, regulatory compliance, legal matters, and areas of the firm’s operations. Mr. Molotsky is a member of the firm’s executive committee. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Molotsky was in private law practice for over 23 years, focusing on all aspects of corporate, partnership, and business law and transactions. He has substantial experience in federal securities law matters involving both public and private companies. Most recently, Mr. Molotsky practiced law for 10 years at the law firm of Hogan Marren, Ltd. He was a founding partner of that law firm, which began in 1993. Prior to joining Hogan Marren, Mr. Molotsky was a partner at the national law firm now known as Katten Muchin Zavis & Rosenman. Mr. Molotsky is a native of Chicago and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois with a major in Economics and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. In addition, Mr. Molotsky received a Master of Management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mark Goodwin, CPA
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Goodwin joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2014 and is responsible for corporate development including identifying ways to expand the firm’s product line-up and highlight new distribution opportunities. Prior to Oak Ridge, Mr. Goodwin worked 17 years for Pioneer Investments, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer, he also previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Goodwin began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young serving clients across a variety of industries. He also held management positions at MITRE Corp. and Putnam Investments. Mr. Goodwin received his B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from Merrimack College and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from Bentley University.
David J. Gaspar, CPA
Executive Vice President, Chief Operations & Information Officer
Mr. Gaspar joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2000 and is responsible for client service, investment accounting, trading, and information technology. Mr. Gaspar is a member of the firm’s executive committee. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Gaspar was chief administrative officer of William Blair & Company’s investment management unit, a $12 billion asset manager of institutional and private client accounts and mutual funds. Prior to William Blair, Mr. Gaspar held concurrent positions as the operations director for the chief investment officer at Kemper Financial Services and as the first vice president of Kemper Asset Management Company, Kemper’s $18 billion institutional investment subsidiary. Before that, he obtained his CPA and was on the audit staff of a national public accounting firm. Mr. Gaspar is a native of Lake Forest, Ill., and graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting.
Martha R. McGinn
Senior Vice President
Ms. McGinn joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2007 and is responsible for investment accounting and operations. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Ms. McGinn was vice president of wealth management administration at LaSalle Bank. Prior to LaSalle Bank, Ms. McGinn was at Zurich Scudder Investments and its predecessor firms for 15 years. A native of Oregon, Ill., Ms. McGinn graduated from Saint Mary’s College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
